The activity entry dialog's title ran past the dialog's right edge when it held a long unbroken run of text, such as a tool run's JSON params with a session id in them. The title now has
break-words, the same class the dialog's Record and Search rows already use, so such a run breaks where the line runs out and ordinary text still wraps at spaces. Checked in the running app with a seeded web fetch entry, before and after.
