| Project | Implemented scope | Stack |
|---|---|---|
| VoidArch Context | Principal flagship: local-first repository memory, search, code graph, durable project state, and token-budgeted context packs for AI coding agents | TypeScript · SurrealKV · Tree-sitter · ONNX |
| VoidArch Studio | Active-development control room for coding-agent sessions with daemon-owned PTYs, worktree and session APIs, a localhost dashboard, deterministic safety hooks, and a Tauri desktop shell | TypeScript · Node.js · Rust · Tauri · xterm.js |
| AgentSec Suite | Deployed AI-agent security governance suite combining deterministic runtime inspection, approval queues, PromptShield, MCP Guard, AgentMap, integration guides, and an optional copilot interface | Next.js · TypeScript · Prisma · Vitest |
| saas-core | Supporting modular SaaS factory with a module registry, presets, environment planning, generated contracts, dry-run scaffolding, and a reference application | Next.js · TypeScript · Prisma · GitHub Actions |
Six independently hosted product showcases are available to try. Their public sample workflows use synthetic or visitor-supplied data; optional AI inference is available with a visitor-provided key or through a bounded, invite-protected trial path. The showcases do not connect to a visitor's GitHub, Linear, Jira, calendar, or cloud account through OAuth.
| Showcase | Try it | What the sample demonstrates |
|---|---|---|
| StandupLiar | Open demo | Drafts a stand-up update from supplied GitHub activity data; the public sample stays local and does not connect to GitHub. |
| MeetingReceipt | Open demo | Turns meeting duration and attendee rates into a cost receipt, with optional AI commentary. |
| VelocityTruth | Open demo | Explores DORA-style delivery and pull-request velocity signals using sample data. |
| CloudShame | Open demo | Reviews cloud-cost exports supplied as files, including AWS CUR, GCP, or Azure CSV data. |
| Spec.cop | Open demo | Compares a ticket with a code diff to surface scope mismatches. |
| CruelDocs | Open demo | Produces a code and documentation quality review from a sample project. |
Other interactive portfolio pieces include PromptShield / AgentSec, Self-Interview, Task-to-Flow, and Fit-Finder. Personal projects are prototypes and showcases; deployment does not imply a production customer integration.
Recent private lab work — source on request, not claimed as production:
- Unclickbaiter — transcript-grounded YouTube title rewrite + thumbnail-honesty spec (heuristic or local LLM; no paid APIs)
- CS2 sticker craft optimizer — search sticker placement/scale/rotation/wear; heuristic or local VLM scoring
- Active Companion — local meeting listener → retrieval cheat-sheet UI (citations or explicit gaps)
