Introduce an admin-facing integration with the fiat-scanner
subscription service and clean up bank account approval status
naming to remove a redundant enum.
- Add FiatScannerProxy/FiatScannerProxyImpl to call fiat-scanner's
podium statements and webhook endpoints, signing each request
with HMAC-SHA256 via the new RequestSigner (timestamp, method,
path, query, body hash).
- Add FiatScannerAdminController exposing
/opex/v1/admin/fiat-scanner/podium/statements,
/opex/v1/admin/fiat-scanner/webhooks and
/opex/v1/admin/fiat-scanner/webhooks/{id}/retry, relaying upstream
status and body as-is.
- Wire a dedicated fiatScannerWebClient bean (API-key header, larger
in-memory buffer) and new app.fiat-scanner.{url,api-key,secret-key}
config in application.yml and docker-compose.yml.
- Replace BankAccountApprovalRequestStatus with BankAccountStatus
across BankAccountApproval DTOs, since a review request has no
state of its own beyond the bank account's own status; update
controller OpenAPI docs (BankAccountAdminController,
BankAccountController) accordingly (PENDING/APPROVED -> WAITING/
VERIFIED).
- Add DEPOSIT and WITHDRAW to UiPage enum.
