- Add ProfileProxy methods and ProfileProxyImpl REST clients (shahkar, identity-similarity, card/iban ownership, card/iban info) that forward admin-token requests to the profile service via new /admin/inquiry/* endpoints. - Add Inquiry.kt DTOs in api-core for the new request/response payloads shared by the proxy layer. - Add InquiryAdminController in api-opex-rest exposing /opex/v1/admin/inquiry/* endpoints with Swagger docs covering auth, validation, and error semantics for each inquiry type. - Add InquiryAdminController, InquiryManagement and InquiryRequests DTOs in profile-app to validate requests, log the acting admin, and delegate to InquiryProxy for the actual provider calls. These endpoints let admins manually trigger identity-verification provider lookups (shahkar, name similarity, card/iban ownership and info) and see the provider's raw answer, independent of the automated profile verification flow.
