changelog entries for the four releases since v4.5.12: v4.5.13 (daily views for 1d+ buckets, the every-30th-day interval fix), v4.5.14 (request tracing), v4.5.15 (the records and rooftop/demand data round, #651 to #666) and v4.5.16 (pec nsw1-sa1 in flows #650, record history cache #648).
