Description

Adds a manual x64 (musl) download option for Alpine Linux. Compatibility ranges limit the option to Node.js release lines that publish Linux x64 musl artifacts, while x64 platform autodetection remains unchanged.

Validation

• Read the contributing guidelines and followed the commit conventions.
• Formatting and lint checks passed (Prettier, changed-file ESLint, and site lint).
• Unit tests passed: 162/162.
• Type checks passed (lint:types).
• Production build passed.
• Added tests for musl artifact URLs, supported release compatibility, and unchanged x64 autodetection.

@AugustinMauroy I couldn't find a related issue or PR for the original musl builds. This PR just adds the download option for the existing artifacts.

Thanks for the links and context, @MikeMcC399 ! yes, I’m continuing with this PR. I’ve resolved the conflicts and pushed the update. The relevant checks pass locally

Can we not make these "semverAny" addition? Pretty sure our current "semver" array supports this?

Also ... ">=26.8.0 <27.0.0-0" will >=27 not support it?
