docs: document pipeline-run delta endpoint and aggregated field mappings - #4

Covers BE PR #58 (GET /pipeline-runs/delta) and the field-aggregation work (BE #57 / FE #34), keeping openapi.json the source of truth. - openapi.json: add GET /pipeline-runs/delta (path + PipelineRunDelta/ ...Change/...Summary/...Pagination schemas) and sources/delimiter on FieldMapping for the aggregated mapping kind (marked limited availability). - changelog.mdx: additive-updates entries (no version bump) for the delta endpoint and aggregated field mappings, with a gating note for the latter. - automated-flows/sftp.mdx: document the aggregated field-mapping kind with a limited-availability callout and example. - api-library/overview.mdx: pipelineRuns.delta() in the methods table + example, and the aggregated mapping shape in the pipelines section.
