Niklaas Dumroese

I build and ship go-to-market systems that run on AI. I design the pipelines, agents, scoring models, and data that decide how marketing and growth teams execute, then automate the execution itself.

What I build

  • Agentic systems — multi-agent orchestration, tool use, RAG memory, and eval frameworks. They run on their own and get sharper over time.
  • Growth engineering — signal pipelines, ICP and intent scoring, incrementality testing, and the automated plumbing that turns raw data into pipeline.
  • GTM data and measurement — CDP architecture, server-side events, attribution, and clean, trusted data that decisions and models can stand on.
