Summary

Windows counterpart of upstream's menu bar layout tokens (v0.75.0, PR-13 in the parity audit). Windows has no Mac-style layout-token system, so this adds the closest equivalent as a new icon style.

New MenuBarIconStyle::StackedBars, shown as Progress bars stacked in Settings → Menu Bar (serde stackedBars).
The tray icon draws one equal-height progress bar per shown provider, stacked vertically.
Existing styles render exactly as before; the default style is unchanged.
Locale strings added for all 10 locales (non-English machine translated).

Method: fresh pnpm run tauri:build:debug; launched with CODEXBAR_PROOF_MODE and WEBVIEW2_ADDITIONAL_BROWSER_ARGUMENTS=--remote-debugging-port. CDP drives the Settings page target (trusted Input.dispatchMouseEvent; native <select> set through the React value setter + change) and reads persisted values with get_settings_snapshot. cua-driver 0.34.0 gives verify_state, real-pixel get_window_state screenshots and DWM facts. Background only: windows parked on the secondary monitor, no foreground or keyboard use. Settings were backed up and byte-restored afterwards.

CDP assertions (all passed; W:/mac-parity/proof/898/steps.jsonl):

The Menu bar style options, in order, are bars=Meter bars, percent=Icon & percent, stackedBars=Progress bars stacked.
The select is enabled while trayIconMode is single.
Selecting Progress bars stacked: the DOM shows stackedBars, and get_settings_snapshot().menuBarIconStyle is stackedBars.
Restoring the original bars: the DOM and persisted value both return to bars.
Focus unchanged for the whole run.

CUA: verify_state; DWM dark under auto; 01-menubar-before.png, 02-menubar-stacked-bars.png, 03-menubar-restored.png in W:/mac-parity/proof/898/.

Not covered:

Tray icon pixels for the stacked progress-bar style. As with Add Color by provider tray icon style #895, UIA found the tray button, but the capture showed no icon, so the renderer output in the real notification area is not proven.
The disabled state while the combined icon is stacked was not exercised live (unit test only).

Fixed in 34052fb: Korean now reads "진행률 막대 세로로 쌓기" and Russian "Полосы прогресса друг над другом", both describing bars stacked one above the other.
