Reset session alert baseline when the account changes - #878
Conversation
Port upstream ownerChanged: a session depleted/restored baseline now belongs to one account at a time. An account change, including missing identity versus a named account, starts a fresh baseline without an alert, and switching back does not announce a restore for a depletion seen under another account. Claude unresolved OAuth and CLI samples share one owner so a source fallback is not treated as a switch.

Key session-transition state by the normalized owner.
session_owner_of maps unresolved Claude OAuth and CLI identities to claude:unknown, but previous_session_percent and the SessionDepleted marker still use the raw account. After OAuth samples at 50% and 100%, a CLI sample at 100% can emit a duplicate depleted toast. A recovery sample on the other source can miss the existing baseline and depleted marker, so it can omit the restored toast.
Use the normalized owner for the session baseline, depleted marker, deferred restore state, and the session portions of copy_lane_state and drop_lane_state. Apply the same key when limit_reset.rs consumes deferred restores. Keep ordinary threshold notification keys source-specific. This is a localized session-state correction; broad threshold rekeying is not required.

Record owner changes while session alerts are off.
If account A has an armed depletion, session alerts are turned off during a switch to B, and alerts resume on A, the early return at Line 424 prevents this new owner tracking from observing B. A’s first recovered reading can then emit a stale restore. Move owner tracking and the owner-change reset before the setting guard, while keeping toast emission disabled.

Do not preserve ownership on a discontinuous reverse copy.
After an unresolved lane merges into account A, shared_with_unresolved remains true. If A later reports depletion and an unresolved sample arrives with a different reset or lower usage, unresolved_lane_account copies A’s state back to the unresolved key. This code also changes session_owner to that key. The next sample can then emit a restore from A’s depletion instead of starting the required missing-identity baseline. Keep the threshold reconciliation, but let this owner change reset the session-transition state.

Summary
Ports the session-alert part of upstream c3f8b95 (steipete#4138 follow-up,
SessionQuotaNotifications.swiftownerChanged): when the account behind a provider's session lane changes, the depleted/restored baseline starts fresh instead of carrying edges across accounts.NotificationManagertracks the session owner per provider. When the owner changes (including missing identity""versus a named account, matching upstream's nil discriminator), it clears that provider's session baselines, pending Session depleted flags, and deferred restored confirmations, then stores the current reading as the new baseline. No alert fires on the switch.claude:oauth:unknown, claude:cli:unknown) count as one owner (upstreamclaude-account:unknown), so a source fallback alone is not an owner change. Identity-gap bridging moves ownership to the merged account. Each refresh checks one snapshot per provider (
provider_cache), so the owner cannot flip within a single refresh.Known differences from upstream:
The rest of c3f8b95 (persisted reset alerts) is already on Windows as
