Adds the FAQ entry Patchstack asks for to finish activating the MonoRanks plugin in its Vulnerability Disclosure Program. Readme only: on merge, the Readme and assets workflow pushes it to WordPress.org (Stable tag 0.1.21 is released), with no new plugin version.
After it is live on wordpress.org/plugins/monoranks, click "Re-sync and activate program" in the Patchstack dashboard.
