skills-lock.json and .agents/skills/clarity-audit/ have been sitting untracked across every branch this session -- legitimate, shareable project tooling (a Clarity-auditing skill from aibtcdev/skills), safe to commit. .claude/settings.local.json stays out: it's personal/machine-specific by Claude Code's own naming convention, and currently contains a real server IP with root SSH access -- infrastructure detail that shouldn't go into git history even in a private repo.
