RunProject(attachDebugger: true) could hand a successful launch to the workspace before the native debugger command could find its session. Wait for the matching PID in the execution environment's current launch session, its debugger, and its console adaptor before completing that handoff.

The wait observes the same native state that InvokeDebuggerCommand uses. It remains cancellable, rejects an ended launch, and reports a bounded readiness failure rather than a premature success. Non-debugger launches keep their existing path.

Fixes #462.

Validation:

• 20 focused debugger-readiness, execution-scope, and application-launch tests passed, including wrong-session, missing-console, cancelled-operation, and ended-launch cases.
• Xcode 27.2 / physical iPhone 16 on iOS 27.2: ten non-debugger-to-debugger launch transitions, with immediate, 1-second, and 3-second queries. All 30 queries found an active debug session, with zero tool errors.
• Fixture launches stopped successfully, the owned workspace and host closed without forced termination, and the fixture installed by this run was removed.
