Brings the WordPress plugin to the shared v0.2.0 verify contract, matching the SDKs and the new Express/Fastify/Spring Boot plugins.

E2E-tested against a mock data plane (5/5 (real verify() path via WP-fn shims)): asserts reasons/agent/human, pass/reject, and 503→200 retry recovery.
