device-protocol pins keepkey/device-protocol master bd34091 itself. hdwallet moves to keepkey/hdwallet#77, which loads the same protocol from npm as @bithighlander/device-protocol 7.20.0. The install test now checks behavior (capabilities, Zcash TEX), not the package name.

Moves hdwallet-keepkey from @bithighlander/device-protocol 7.18.0 to 7.20.0.
7.20.0 is the protocol firmware 7.16.0 and 7.14.3 build with (keepkey/device-protocol master bd34091). 7.18.0 can't read Features.capabilities or the ERC-7730 and Zcash TEX fields, so Desktop never saw them.
Build and all 218 tests pass.
