Update the docs site for electron-trpc 1.0 - #233

The site stopped building once the regenerated lockfile picked up a newer @astrojs/sitemap than Astro 4 supports. Move to current Astro, Starlight and Wrangler, migrate the content collection and social links to their new config, and build the site in CI so a broken build shows up before main.
Update the getting started guide to tRPC 11 and the automatic preload script, and add guides to the preload script, request lifetimes and security, along with a guide to upgrading from 0.x. The README's preload section uses the same wording as the preload guide.

Updates electron-trpc.dev for 1.0. Merging this deploys the site, so it should land before the Version Packages PR publishes 1.0.0.
