Conversation
`npm run dev` starts the full app, which needs the Go backend, so it looked broken when only the product page or demo was wanted. Adds dev:product, dev:demo and preview:pages, and documents them.

Summary
npm run devstarts the full app, which proxies/apito the Go backend, so it looked broken when only the product page or demo was wanted. This adds named scripts that need no backend:npm run dev:product: the product page with live reloadnpm run dev:demo: the demo at/demo/with live reloadnpm run preview:pages: serves thebuild:pagesoutput the way GitHub Pages doesThe README's "Product page and demo" section now lists these commands, and notes that
npm run devneeds the Go process. No version bump: this is a
chorewith no behaviour change.Tests
I checked that each script serves its page locally:
dev:productserves the product pagedev:demoserves the app under/demo/preview:pagesserves/and/demo/with 200 responsesformat:checkpasses.
