fix(web): cut explanatory copy the interface already shows - #18

Pages explained what was already on screen: a paragraph under every section, hints like "Your answers are in the first row" and "Use ⋯ under a date", and restatements of what each control does. Removed those and kept what someone needs to act on: real status (next post, paused), errors, and why a field is read-only. The server name now sits inline next to the channel rather than in its own sentence. Release v0.0.17.
