Summary

Patch release v0.11.4. Type-level change to HTTP payload handling; no intended change to HTTP behaviour.

Included changes

• Type HTTP queue payloads as JSON values (JsonValue / Payload) across the payload module, HTTP handler, queue manager, and store wiring, replacing the unchecked <string> assertion (Architecture: Type HTTP queue payloads as JSON values across the queue boundary #142, Architecture: Type HTTP queue payloads as JSON values #144).
• Exploratory testing pass for typed JSON payloads and protocol invariants (docs: exploratory testing report for typed JSON payloads (2026-10-03) #150, docs only). Landed on main after this PR opened; the release commit is empty, so the merged tree equals main at 1a01db4.

Re-run against main at 1a01db4 plus the empty release commit:

• deno test --allow-read --allow-write --allow-net --allow-env --allow-run with StrykerJS installed as in CI: 364 passed, 0 failed. (The earlier local Stryker runner failure was a missing local StrykerJS install.)
• npm run quality:production passed.
• Compiled with Deno 2.7.6 and the CI permission set.
• Compiled binary smoke passed: health check (200), unauthenticated enqueue (401), malformed JSON (400), top-level null payload (400), and authenticated enqueue/dequeue of "bar", 0, and {"a":[1,null,true]} in FIFO order, then 204 on empty.
• CI on main push for 1a01db4 passed.
