Personal fork, not upstream sway

This is my own fork of swaywm/sway, branched from sway 1.11. It adds one feature, lock_visible_namespace, which keeps allowlisted layer surfaces (waybar, in my case) drawn above the session lock screen instead of being hidden by it.

The patches live on the lock-visible-namespace branch, which is the default branch here. Nothing in this fork is packaged, supported, or submitted upstream, and I rebase it whenever I feel like it. If you want sway itself, go to swaywm/sway.

Upstream's README follows.

Configuration

If you already use i3, then copy your i3 config to ~/.config/sway/config and it'll work out of the box. Otherwise, copy the sample configuration file to ~/.config/sway/config. It is usually located at /etc/sway/config. Run man 5 sway for information on the configuration.

Running

Run sway from a TTY. Some display managers may work but are not supported by sway (gdm is known to work fairly well).
