The European Commission site started returning 403 to automated requests (verified from outside CI too, with a browser user-agent), which fails the scheduled Links runs even though both pages still exist. Same treatment as the other bot-blocking hosts already in this list (LinkedIn, X, w3.org).

The European Commission site started returning 403 to automated requests (verified outside CI, with a browser user-agent too), which fails the scheduled Links runs on two source links that still exist (accessibility-overlays, tdmrep). Skipping the host, same as the other bot-blocking hosts already in this list.
