test: restore probe fixtures and add CI

Summary

• restore the local argv probe required by the Antigravity adapter test
• restore the slow stdin probe required by the async archive test
• add Node 20/22 GitHub Actions coverage for npm ci and npm test

Validation

• npm test passes all 9 tests
• repeated npm test runs pass 3/3
• git diff --check passes
