The image public.ecr.aws/sprig/elasticmq-native no longer exists in ECR, causing CI to fail on container startup.
Replaced it with public.ecr.aws/adslot/softwaremill/elasticmq-native:1.7.1 — same underlying SoftwareMill ElasticMQ project, just a registry that actually exists. Also pinned to 1.7.1 instead of floating latest.
ElasticMQ is used as a local SQS stub for the Shoryuken integration tests.
