Removes the opt-in Arcane container UI from the SOE. It was off by default and no longer has a place in the toolset.

  • deletes the soe Arcane tasks, compose and env templates, and the soe_arcane_* vars
  • drops the Arcane pull and recreate step from the Linux and macOS hyperi-update scripts
  • removes the arcane entries from README, docs/install-matrix.md and the install.sh help text
  • rewrites the colima per-user comment in the soe defaults so it no longer points at Arcane
  • existing installs are not cleaned up. An existing stack keeps running until removed with docker compose --project-directory ~/.config/hyperi/arcane down -v

The opt-in Arcane stack (soe_arcane_enabled and its vars, tasks, templates, the hyperi-update sections, and the README, install-matrix and install.sh entries) is gone.
