Delvex 1.0.2

Prepare the first public source release of Delvex under the MIT License.

Changes

• license the project under MIT with copyright attributed to Vladyslav Kudriashov;
• document the license in the project README;
• add a security policy for private vulnerability reporting;
• align the client and server versions at 1.0.2;
• update the documented production JAR name.

Verification

• Client CI passed on the preparation PR;
• Server CI passed on the preparation PR;
• the release branch is one commit ahead of main and contains only the six expected files.

After merge

• create tag and GitHub Release v1.0.2;
• finish the repository security settings;
• make the repository public.
