Problem:
docs/auth.mddescribed only two auth modes and never mentioned SSO (auth login --sso,sso_status,sso_refresh, auto-refresh,HARNESS_API_JWT).Solution: Document SSO as a third mode and update the affected commands. Also add
longhelp toauth tokenstating it prints PAT/SAT tokens only, never SSO JWTs.
