First of the two "here's the fake" PRs for the
GIDEMMErrorHandlerchange.GIDApplication(keyWindow,openURL:) wrapsUIApplication.sharedApplication, which thankfully only needs the scene since we now have an iOS 15 floor. It gets a protocol + a production implementation + a fake.The alert presenter is the next PR, and the one after that swaps the handler's swizzles for both.
