- The test was protecting the bug: TensorFlow's implementation and test agreed on a gradient the mathematics couldn't support.
- The retry skipped the document that failed: an indexing cache promised completion before the work was done.
- The socket race started in a destructor: following result cleanup into a shared Redis socket, then choosing a lock that won't deadlock in a callback.
- A late success sent Airflow down the failure path: a resumed task, an old worker event, and a state guard that stopped one state short.

Custom Jekyll layouts live in _layouts/. The article index and contribution list use _data/notes.yml and _data/work.yml. Article Markdown and permalinks remain under _posts/.
The site bundles its fonts and their open-font licenses in assets/fonts/. CSS and a small JavaScript file provide responsive reading layouts, light and dark themes, article filters, and the gradient illustration.
