The rollback drill of #22 was executed on 2026-10-18 and passed, so the status sections said something that is no longer true.

• README.md / README.es.md: the drill passed (Radicale read every item davcloud had written, same UIDs and fields, same collection properties, files untouched), the soak is what is still running.
• PLAN.md: drill moved to the done list, Phase 5: soak period and rollback drill #22 keeps only the soak and the retirement of Radicale.
• deploy/README.md section 6: what was measured, plus the two traps that made the first comparison look wrong (compare items on disk, not in the DAV response, because Radicale re-serializes when serving; and davcloud picks the endpoint from X-Script-Name, so an .ics requested as /carddav returns 404 whose body hashes like a data difference).
