chore(deps): take the PHP SDK from Packagist - #5

The SDK is on Packagist now, so the plugin no longer needs the VCS entry that pointed Composer at the GitHub repository. The lock file keeps the same SDK release and the same commit, and no other package changes version. A fresh clone installs the SDK with no GitHub token. Packagist serves the PHP SDK now, so the plugin no longer names the
SDK's GitHub repo as a Composer source. The SDK is the same version and
the same commit as before, and no other package changed.
A clean clone installs and builds the zip with no GitHub token.
