Reviewer's GuideFixes CLI capture cleanup by context-managing owned output files and using nullcontext for stdout, ensuring files close on write failures without changing stream ownership or output behavior; adds six tests covering failure cleanup, ownership, and successful content. - Around line 150-165: Update the output-writing flow around `output_file` so a
close `OSError` cannot replace an active CSV or JSON write exception: close the
capture file explicitly on failure, suppress only the close error, and re-raise
the original exception. Keep normal close errors visible after successful writes
and leave `sys.stdout` open.

When CSV or JSON capture output raises during a write,
collect()skips its manual file close. The destination stays open while the exception traceback retains the frame.Close owned files on both successful and failed output while leaving stdout open. On a write failure, suppress only a close OSError before re-raising the write error; successful writes still expose close errors. Output content and acquisition behavior remain unchanged.
Validation: two real-file regressions fail on unchanged main; four ownership/content controls pass. Review exposed a second edge case where closing failed during a write error; two additional regressions failed on the initial PR head and two success-path close-error controls passed. The current branch passes all ten new cases and 33 existing CLI, Pico SCPI and MQ135 tests (43 total). A separate review reran the focused cases. Configured Black, Flake8, Bandit and pydocstyle, wheel/sdist and Sphinx builds pass; seven existing documentation warnings remain. The updated head passes changed-file checks and packaging; scoped CLI coverage is 74.346%. This is not a whole-package coverage claim.
No physical hardware or full device integration suite was run. Partial files are closed, not deleted, and closing a file can still raise a filesystem error. Current issue comments and open patches were checked for overlap. Developed and tested with Codex assistance.
