Context

Failing run on #288

Why

ubuntu-latest now resolves to Ubuntu 26.04, where Playwright 1.60 can't install Chromium, so the Web E2E job fails on every branch; pinning the runner makes it pass again.

Things to note

• Only e2e-tests-web is pinned. The other ubuntu-latest jobs don't install Playwright and pass on 26.04.

Verification

Before (on #288): pnpm exec playwright install chromium → ERROR: Playwright does not support chromium on ubuntu26.04-x64.
After: verified by this PR's Web E2E tests job.
