Senders talking to a user-chosen host (Google Chat, Gotify, Matrix, Mattermost, Teams, ntfy, Slack webhook, Zulip) read the response whole, so a hostile host could stream gigabytes into memory until the 30 s timeout. They now read at most 16 KiB and put at most 512 B into the error string. Matrix, Zulip and Pushover fail with a clear error when a success answer goes over the cap. PagerDuty and Pushover are capped too for consistency. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
The management mode read /api/nodes and the alarms endpoint whole from a user-chosen host. It now reads at most 1 MiB and fails with "management API response too large" instead of parsing a truncated body. Error bodies put in the result are cut to 512 B. The Freebox client (base URL from the integration) now reads at most 1 MiB per answer, and the JMAP client (session URL from the integration) at most 16 MiB. Over the cap they fail with ErrResponseTooLarge. JMAP error bodies in error strings are cut to 512 B. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
