• persist the focused evidence-driven harness goal and client-UDP v4 proof obligation
• record the immutable bilateral receipt, exact source/executable provenance, defects found, and granular commits
• record the complete local green gate and the honest 28/100 catalog state
• retain MFC as diagnostics oracle, public soak as discovery only, and ed2k-server as an upstream-clean pinned dependency

Validation

• strict docs publish check: PASS
• protocol catalog authority: PASS at 28/100 IDs and 5/17 groups
• Rust package gate: 1,238 passed
• harness full suite: 3,271 passed, 1 expected skip, 1 intentional deselection
• MFC diagnostics/Debug/Release builds: green with zero warnings
