rector/swiss-knife 2.7's open command uses Symfony\Component\Process\Process, but the root replace block declared symfony/process: 7.*, so composer never installed the package. Running vendor/bin/swiss-knife open crashed with:

Class "Symfony\Component\Process\Process" not found

Dropping symfony/process from replace lets composer install it (v8.1.9), and swiss-knife open runs clean.
