operator-cli, plugins, quickstart, architecture, configuration, client-usage and migrating-from-bsr describe `plugins publish` and `plugins build --archive` in place of push, register and pack; the derived command and the sha256 claim in a plugin config; CHECKSUM_MISMATCH as FAILED_PRECONDITION; and republishing, which every replica picks up. upgrading gains a v1.1.x → v1.2.0 section; backup and runbooks repair a checksum mismatch with `publish --force` instead of forbidding it.
