Public GitHub support is non-contractual and does not replace authenticated customer support or create a service-level, roadmap, release-date, or delivery commitment. Public Issues and Discussions are visible to anyone and may be indexed or retained. Remove credentials, personal or customer data, tenant identifiers, confidential account details, private URLs, unsanitized logs, and vulnerability details before posting.
For private account, contractual, incident, or diagnostic matters, use the authenticated support route described in SUPPORT.md. GitHub is a public community channel, not a private case-management system. Discord is useful for quick, customer-safe conversation. When a question or answer should remain searchable and reusable, capture it in GitHub Discussions.

Canonical knowledge stays in reviewed, version-controlled documentation. GitHub Wiki and Pages remain disabled.
