TypeScript 7 is the new Go-ported native compiler and is now `latest` on npm (confirmed via `npm view typescript dist-tags`). Bumped the root devDependency from ^6.0.3 to ^7.0.2. Verified clean: typecheck (tsc --noEmit, both root and packages/solid tsconfig), build (tsdown + publint across all packages), lint (oxlint), and the full test suite (281 vitest + 13 jest native tests) all pass with no code changes required. Brings #56: the root devDependency moves to TypeScript 7.0.2, the native compiler. No conflicts. The Vue sources (`.ts` + `h()`) and the TSX tests typecheck under it as they did under 6; nothing in the repo now needs TypeScript's classic JS API — Storybook's docgen is off and vue-tsc is not used here.
