API and SDK access requires a cloud sandbox subscription, but the draft only mentioned account access. Add activation instructions within the API overview and link them from the quickstart, SDK, and authentication pages. Match the subscription and checkout wording in sibling PR docker#26158 without linking to the hidden Docker Agentic Platform documentation. Scoped Markdown and Vale checks pass.
Make the Agentic Platform section and its billing plan discoverable while retaining experimental labeling. Add canonical subscription activation and billing guidance for Console, cloud CLI, and API/SDK users so companion documentation can link to one setup flow. Refresh kits, credentials, sandbox lifecycle and platform controls, MCP, policies, and release notes against the Console implementation. Document custom kit size limits and distinguish Console restrictions from private-kit CLI support.

Restore the cloud documentation from docker#26030 that was reverted in docker#26055 before launch, preserving subsequent documentation updates on main. Document cloud setup, credentials, policy, lifecycle, environment files, and local/cloud moves against v0.45 behavior. Align the cloud guides with the referenced timeout defaults, restart action, move stop spelling, and destination naming.

The comparison omitted transfer time and destination resource sizing. Note image size, bandwidth, and temporary disk requirements, and clarify that move has no CPU or memory overrides and workload performance should be checked at the destination.
Nested Docker exec can use the sandbox VM filesystem instead of the target container filesystem, affecting healthchecks and Compose readiness. Explain symptoms and the limited main-command workaround in the cloud usage guide, and link from the comparison.

Add cloud Sandboxes documentation for sbx v0.45.0, covering credentials, network policy, lifecycle, environment files, and transfers between local and cloud sandboxes. Document named sandbox reuse and resume, resource sizes and platform selection, custom secrets, move behavior, and local UDP guidance.
Link to the canonical Docker Agentic Platform signup, billing, and Console MCP instructions. Keep CLI sign-in, access checks, and cloud credential setup in the Sandboxes guides.
Depends on #26142 for the shared Agentic Platform documentation; its branch is included here and must merge first. Rebased onto main after #26157 merged the release notes and initial v0.45 CLI reference. This PR also vendors the CLI reference including
sbx move, and aligns timeout and move guidance with it. Kits v3 and API/SDK documentation are handled separately.Validation: scoped Markdown and Vale checks and a full Hugo build passed. After integrating the dependencies, 372 internal links and anchors across 18 cloud and Agentic Platform pages passed verification, including the canonical signup page's discovery. The earlier CLI import verified all 119 vendored files against upstream byte-for-byte and checked 1,083 rendered CLI-reference links and anchors. Behavior was checked against source; live cloud workflows and checkout were not exercised.
