Removes the retired referral-program trigger phrases, tool inventory, workflow, fallback and examples from the canonical skill and README. Regenerates all four distribution mounts and synchronizes release metadata/attribution at 0.9.0.
Validated mount synchronization, the native trust-boundary suite, the read-only Linux suite with networking disabled, and fresh credential-free agent sessions for anonymous publishing and missing-CLI sign-in. The publish audit records the fixed endpoint, literal filename and no Authorization; neither scenario invokes npx.
