변경 이유
공유 production deploy workflow가 Ubuntu 24.04 runner를 명시하도록 변경된 devnogi/ci-workflows#7의 병합 SHA를 호출자에 반영합니다. 2026-11-02 Ubuntu 26.04 runner에서 발생한 SSH host key scan 실패를 Ubuntu 24.04 환경에서 다시 검증하기 위한 변경입니다.
