docs: 完成 API 发布与生产验收回写

变更说明 / Description

回写已完成的API发布与线上验收，更新PLAN的P6状态、逐项生产报告和发布链摘要。仅维护记录，无站点页面、配置、脚本、静态资源或API合同变更。

• 源码 #4798、文档 docs: 完整交付公开 API 指南示例与 OpenAPI #72 与canonical修复 fix: 修复场景入口索引冲突并记录 API 上线验收 #73 均已合并；两次Production自动部署成功。
• 最终全站716URL全部200且SEO检查通过；16API页面和8下载严格复验全部通过。
• 记录原测试基线、最终源码CI与差异核对的区别，以及未覆盖的商业模型/安装包/生产业务执行。
• 即时站内搜索尚未返回新增API路径，明确未宣称搜索收录完成；导航、sitemap与抓取条件通过。

Record the completed publication chain and production acceptance. All 716 sitemap URLs passed real HTTP/SEO checks, and the 16 API pages / 8 downloads passed strict verification. This PR only updates maintenance records; site content, configuration and API contracts are unchanged. Preserve the observed search-index limitation and the original runtime-validation boundaries.

验证 / Validation

• pnpm sitemap:check: 716/716 HTTP200 and all SEO checks passed against Production deployment 7088538260.
• Strict API production report: 16 pages / 8 downloads, zero failures, identical download bytes and final source e45f229.
• pnpm api:check -- --build and git diff --check: passed.
• Verified the staged diff contains no changes to docs/i18n/static/src/scripts/config/package inputs; no redundant application build or runtime tests were added.
