Moves smplxnf.anomalon.com from the dark slate/cyan Tailwind theme to the
shared light "paper and teal" palette used across anomalon.com:
- vendor anomalon.css / anomalon.js / favicon from the shared design system
- shared Anomalon header ("Anomalon / Simplex-NF Studio", All tools link)
and shared footer (Source, About, Contact); governance line kept
- Tailwind config remaps the existing color classes (including the ones
app.js generates) onto the shared tokens, so markup and JS are unchanged
- one primary button color (teal) on every panel; IBM Plex Sans/Mono
- pin the Tailwind play CDN to 3.4.17
- underline section tabs; preset picker no longer overflows on phones
Tests: python -m pytest -q web/test_api_smoke.py tests (232 passed);
node tests/test_frontend.cjs (passed).
