Update all eight native kernel packages to
1.2.0and pinKERNEL_REVto thev1.2.0commit (39ba84f5ab55c2b0bc874fd58a6f9215ee27cb23). Refresh the lockfile and generated loader's version guards; declarations already match the release.Validation: clean
npm ci,npm run build, and 1,431 unit tests passed with the native binding required and version checks enabled.
