Swap the Anthropic placeholder on mcp-proxy.anthropic.com too - #81

Claude Code lists a person's claude.ai connectors from api.anthropic.com and calls each connector at mcp-proxy.anthropic.com with the same bearer. The anthropic catalog service named only api.anthropic.com, so each connector call reached Anthropic with the placeholder and failed with a 401. The second upstream makes the secrets proxy and sbx swap the placeholder on that host too.
