DoctorReport.tailscale_enabledbecomesDoctorReport.tailnet, read from thetailnetfield that drukbox sends since czpython/drukbox#78, with a fallback totailscale_enabledfor a drukbox before it. One test covers each payload shape.The field rename is the one breaking change for SDK users, so the bump is a minor one, 0.5.0, in its own commit as the release tag's base.
Fixes #11.
Verification
pytest tests/test_api.py -k doctor: 4 passed. Ruff lint and format pass.
