Every hour a job bumps the flake's inputs, zcash.nix to its newest commit that passed CI, and
lands the bump once every host builds. Nodes pull main at their hour in hosts.nix and switch to it; reverting a commit
rolls them back.

hosts.nix. -
Install NixOS over whatever Linux the provider gave it:
$ nix run github:nix-community/nixos-anywhere -- --flake .#<name> --build-on remote --target-host root@<ip> -
Put its host key (
ssh-keyscan -t ed25519 <ip>) inhosts.nix, then./dashboard/deploy.sh.
