Chom Trevai

AI is compressed experience. It won't give you a passion. It closes the years between wanting to do something and being able to, and it's never too late to start.

I build with AI and write about it. 20+ years across AI, robotics and enterprise tech: a Ph.D. in multi-robot systems at The University of Tokyo, then AI/ML business at AWS and Google Cloud across Japan and Southeast Asia. I also advise and build with AI startups.

What I work on

  • Agentic AI: multi-agent systems, tool use, and getting from demo to production
  • Running a company of one: small automations that handle the busywork so the judgment stays mine
  • Game development in Unity / C#, for fun
