Polish CV: fix citations, add ShapeEmbed, tighten prose, drop dead workflow

What changed

Content (index.md, _config.yml)

• TxPert citation: only Russell is bolded now (Wenkel F was bolded by mistake). Author order checked against arXiv:2505.14919.
• Added the ShapeEmbed preprint (arXiv:2507.01009, Foix Romero, Russell, Krull, Uhlmann, 2025), which was missing from Selected Publications. Renamed shape_embed → ShapeEmbed and softened "Created" → "co-developed" (second author on the paper; uhlmanngroup/ShapeEmbed shows no ctr26 commits, whereas bioimage_embed has 854).
• Added DOI/arXiv links to every publication (all verified via Crossref / arXiv).
• Boltz2 → Boltz-2, Bio-Image Archive → BioImage Archive, Bioimage model zoo → BioImage Model Zoo (official names).
• Replaced 74 non-breaking hyphens (U+2011) with plain hyphens so browser find and ATS parsers match "multi-modal".
• Tightened summary and bullets (active voice, one bold lead phrase per bullet, no new numbers or claims). Dropped "References available upon request".
• _config.yml: added url, author and a real description, so jekyll-seo-tag now emits a meta description and canonical link (previously empty).

Dead code removal (separate commit, drop it if you disagree)

• Removed .github/workflows/update-publications.yml, assets/js/publications.js and assets/data/publications.json. The live page loads no <script> tags and there are no layout overrides, so the JS never ran. The workflow only rewrote a timestamp weekly (and on every push), producing the long run of [auto] commits, and the JSON wrongly listed Russell as first author of TxPert.

Verification

• bundle exec jekyll build passes on both commits (Ruby 3.3.12 via mise); 11 <h2> sections, 0 U+2011 in output, meta description and canonical present.
• Every outbound link returns 200 (the NAR DOI returns 403 to curl from OUP but resolves via doi.org 302).
• Adversarial review pass on the diff; its findings were applied (ShapeEmbed link kept on the paper, "Senior" restored in the SEO description).

Left for Craig to decide (not changed)

• Overlapping dates: Brazma Group to Dec 2023 while Senior RA from Dec 2022, plus Amun AI and DeepMirror both 2022–2024. Four concurrent roles reads oddly; consider marking the consultancies part-time.
• "Hook1" in the patent line is opaque to outside readers.
• Boltz-2 bullet is a work claim that can't be verified from the author list.
• No PDF download; the Strata theme leftovers (README.txt, images/fulls, jQuery, Sass) are unused.
