Document versioning and release, and align repository layout - #6

Versioning and release rules now live in Documentation/Architecture/VersioningAndRelease.md, and the release and catalog notification guide moves from .github/RELEASE.md to Documentation/Reference/Release.md. The guide names the credentials the notification workflow actually reads, CATALOG_APP_CLIENT_ID and CATALOG_APP_PRIVATE_KEY. CHANGELOG.md records the published release. The manifest declares Computer MCP 1.1.0 as its minimum host: it is the first release that reads plugin manifests, and it parses every field this package uses. The builder skips hidden files and Python caches, so a local .DS_Store no longer changes the archive, and a test covers it. The workflow is renamed to ci.yml with unchanged job names, push runs are limited to master, actions are pinned by full SHA, and a Python 3.11 job backs the documented minimum build interpreter. CODEOWNERS is added, AGENTS.md follows the current canonical agent guide, and public docs no longer refer to local agent directories.

Documentation/Architecture/VersioningAndRelease.md: the manifest owns the version, CI builds candidates, and tagging, acceptance and publication are manual. It also notes that the App bundles this package, pinned in itsResources/PluginArchives/index.json..github/RELEASE.mdmoves toDocumentation/Reference/Release.md. It now names the credentialsnotify-catalog.ymlactually reads (vars.CATALOG_APP_CLIENT_ID,secrets.CATALOG_APP_PRIVATE_KEY).CHANGELOG.mdwith 1.0.0, taken from the GitHub Release.AGENTS.mdfollows the current canonical template, which adds the versioning route. Public docs no longer point to.agent/.Package
[compatibility] minimum_host = '1.1.0'. v1.1.0 is the first App release withPluginManifest, and it already parsesapplications, dependency executables andminimum_host. This takes effect with the next release.Scripts/build_package.pyskips dot-files,__pycache__and.pyc/.pyo, matching the README's promise that local files are excluded. A new test checks that a stray.DS_Storeor cache file leaves the archive bytes unchanged. The pinned archive file set includes the two new documents.CI
validate.ymlis renamed toci.yml. Existing job names are unchanged, push runs are limited tomaster, and actions are pinned by full SHA like the other plugins.minimum-pythonjob runs the tests and build on Python 3.11, the minimum the README and CONTRIBUTING document..github/CODEOWNERS.Validation: 5 tests pass on Python 3.14 and 3.11;
